Welcome to PensionJuris. These terms govern all engagements with PensionJuris on pensionjuris.top. By engaging our services in 2025, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Overview

2.1 Advisory Services

PensionJuris provides guidance tailored to individuals at pension age, including plan reviews, eligibility checks and statutory compliance consultations. Personal data and case details are handled with strict confidentiality.

2.2 Digital Learning Materials

We offer downloadable guides, worksheets and tutorial modules designed to support decision making related to retirement options. Access credentials are provided upon purchase.

2.3 Physical Guides and Materials

PensionJuris supplies printed manuals and reference booklets shipped to your preferred address. All materials are the property of PensionJuris until fully delivered.

3. Reimbursement Policy

We strive for full satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with any purchase, the following rules apply.

3.1 Advisory Services

Clients may request a reimbursement within 7 days before the scheduled session without any deduction. Requests received after the session has commenced are non-reimbursable due to immediate allocation of expert availability and preparation efforts.

3.2 Digital Learning Materials

Clients may obtain a full refund within 14 days of download commencement, provided that no more than 10% of total content has been accessed. Refunds are processed via the original method of payment within 10 business days.

3.3 Physical Guides and Materials

Clients may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be shipped back in original condition. The cost of shipping is borne by the client. Once received and inspected, reimbursement is issued via original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Appointment Transfer

Clients may transfer advisory sessions to another eligible individual by submitting a request at least 5 days before the session date via our contact form. Transfer requests submitted later are not possible due to scheduling constraints.
